About
Axel Stamm
CEO and shareholder. Innovator, strategist, and a fighter with heart. Three decades of leadership responsibility, in his own companies and inside a corporate group.
For twenty years I built my own software companies: Synatec for automotive production and Datan for medical technology, for a time in parallel. In 2013 Synatec, then around 120 employees, was sold to the Swedish industrial group Atlas Copco. After that I spent ten years seeing from the inside how a global group works: first as managing director of a product company, later as Vice President for the global software business and corporate strategy.
So I know both sides from my own experience: the night before payroll in your own company, and the investment committee in a corporate group. That is why I recognise the questions going through your head right now, and why I will disagree with you when it is necessary.
Since 2023 I have been investing through Stamm Capital in entrepreneurs. I bring capital, but above all a network and access that cannot be bought, only built over decades.
